One event, one price.
NO SUBSCRIPTION.GateHeroes is guest list & check-in software for event organisers. Most tools like it want a subscription, paid every month — including the eleven in which nothing is happening. Others charge per head, and every extra guest makes the night more expensive. GateHeroes does neither: you buy a package for exactly one event, priced by the number of guests. Pay once, everything included — whether 180 or 250 people turn up makes no difference to the price.
All prices are final prices in EUR, including any applicable VAT or sales tax. And trying it out costs nothing: build your event completely — you only pay once it really goes out to an audience.

The most important extra
The Landingpage: your public sign-up page.
Your own page for the event, clicked together in the builder — your colours, your logo, your content. And right in the middle, the sign-up form your guests use to register themselves. Building, designing and previewing is always free — you only pay for publishing, once per event.
- Ready-made blocks: text, image, video, team intro, buttons, columns.
- Sign-up form as a block — with your fields and your legal texts.
- Several subpages with an automatic menu and readable web addresses.
- Preview = live page: what you see in the builder is what your guests see.
- Embedding costs nothing extra: the sign-up form on your own website is included in every paid package — you do not need the Landingpage for it.

Notices
Menu, running order, directions: a fixed web address with an uploaded file or a link behind it — to pass on and to print as a QR code. Set up once, reusable in every event. Creating and using them is included; uploaded files take up your account's media storage.

Domain package
With a domain package you connect your own domain to your Landingpages: for single events, series and multi-events. Included from the €479 package, or as soon as a purchase gives you 1,000 places of guest capacity at once. Otherwise you buy it per domain — it applies for twelve months, for any number of events under the domain at no extra cost.

Service period: twelve months from activation, for any number of events; if a domain package is already active for the domain, the new one follows on directly from it — including a domain package that is part of your guest package.
Group Landingpage
Match days, series, multi-events: with a group Landingpage, all events of a group are reachable for guests, including events you add later. You then do not need to buy a Landingpage of its own for each event. If you have already paid for a Landingpage for an event of the group but never published it, we credit it on the first purchase for the group: one Landingpage, as long as its period is still running. You can also embed the sign-up form of the group without a group Landingpage, as soon as every event of the group that has not yet been completed has a paid package or a covered Landingpage.

If you buy another group Landingpage, it extends the previous one by twelve months. The extension begins at the end of the period of the group Landingpage purchased so far. We show you the exact period before you buy.
Service period: a group Landingpage has a period of twelve months from activation and applies to all events of the group. It is reachable until the last event is completed, at the latest 30 days after its day and no longer than until the end of the twelve months. An extension begins at the end of the period of the group Landingpage purchased so far. The period is fixed at purchase. It only changes if you yourself let a purchased extension begin right away or add a group Landingpage from a deleted group as an extension.
Statistics export & trends
Not an extra: exporting the report as a file and comparing figures across several events comes automatically from the €299 package — and with any guest capacity you top up.

Every event runs for up to 3 calendar days at no extra charge. For longer events you buy a multi-day package on top — the same price for every event, however big it is.

A season of match days, an agency with a full calendar: instead of buying a separate package for every event, you top up guest capacity in advance — the bigger the pool, the cheaper each place.
- Spread them freely across your events — 100 here, 50 there, whatever the calendar needs.
- You only use up what you really use: 60 guests added means 60 places — not the amount you set aside.
- Never expires and counts across all workspaces in your account.
- Full package level: an event running on guest capacity can do everything a package event can — statistics export & trends always included.

Ticket codes (software feature).
Anonymous ticket codes with no person behind them — for your box office, your own advance sales or printed cards. GateHeroes creates and checks the codes; selling the tickets stays with you. You create them in batches, export them and, if needed, block a whole batch at once. They combine freely with the guest list and sign-up — and work without any event package, too. To start, 10 ticket codes are in your account for free.

Room for your files.
Media storage belongs to your account: for what you upload and show yourself, in steps of 1 GB, as often as you like — up to the limit. Guest storage you buy for one event: for files your guests upload when they sign up, in four sizes; you can top up at any time.
- Occupied, not used up: delete a file and its space is free again straight away — unlike guest capacity, ticket codes and reach credit.
- Media storage 1 year paid, then free of charge: a purchase is not tied to any event and stays usable after the paid year as long as your account is active.
- Guest storage per event: it applies only to the event you buy it for — in a series, to each date separately.
- Separate: lots of guest uploads take no room from your notices — each storage has its own limit.
- Full doesn't mean gone: once the limit is reached, nothing new can be added — existing files stay. Files in media storage only go with the account or after three years without an event, after advance warning; guest files go with the retention period of their event's guest list.
